1. Initial Consultation

The first step in developing your project will be the initial consultation. We will discuss your objectives, concepts, and inspirations for your space as well as parameters such as budget and timeline.

5. Finalization of Design

Based on your feedback, we will be to revise and finalize any requests made during the presentation and produce a finalized grading, hardscape and planting plan.

2. Site Analysis

Second, we will conduct our extensive research process on your site, familiarizing ourselves with existing conditions to create a comprehensive framework that will allow for the most informed design decisions.

6. Construction Documentation

After the design has been finalized, STUDIOPLAATS creates documents for construction to solicit bids for construction. We will assist in guidance to find a landscape contractor, who will use these documents to make the design come to life.

3. Concept Plan

Next, using our site analysis, we produce a preliminary design, bringing form to the elements from your initial consultation. The Concept Plan establishes the layout of hardscape components and plantings.

7. Implementation and Build

We will happily oversee the construction process, ensuring the build is executed to the proper specifications as shown in the finalized construction documents.

4. Presentation

During our presentation, we will walk you through the design process and listen to your feedback. Through hearing your assessments, we will be able to make your design dreams come true.
