Alethia Tanner Park

Alethia Tanner Park is a newly opened park in the Eckington neighborhood in DC, and is park of the NOMA Parks Foundation projects. This was one of Shane’s last projects with NBWLA. He was a member of the initial design team and competition. He was then involved in the concept development and design development team. The park features a soil rehabilitation meadow, event lawn, circulation connections to the bike path, dog park, playground and cafe.
